The functionality previously housed under “Advanced Mode” in the Bot Builder Node Menu is now exposed as part of the default Node Menu, and organized according to functionality so that you can quickly locate the functions and nodes you need to build your perfect bot!

We have updated our bot software to exclude reactions to SMS & MMS text messages from bot responses (i.e. Loved, Liked, Disliked & Emojis). Reactions being added or removed will appear in our Transcript Protection chats tool, but will NOT trigger a bot response or be recorded as an Uncomprehended Utterance in Analytics.

Bot Deployment & Unemployment's Logged in KBot Lightning

Bot deployments & undeployments are now recorded & stored within KBot Lightning! This is the first exciting step toward versioning within the platform. If you need to restore a previous version of the bot you’re in, please contact request@klaunch.io.

Master to Parent Naming Convention

Enterprise-level clients with their own servers & database architecture will now see the Parent database (vs. “Master”), to eliminate confusion about the settings relationships between different databases.

Salesforce Integration

To better align with Salesforce's Lead naming conventions across B2C and B2B instances, the "Company Name" field within our integration is now optional. If not specified in the KBot flow when "Company Name" is required, no data will be passed to Salesforce for that field.
